The analysis presented by the researchers focuses on an educational context in Ecuador. It provides a detailed examination of the challenges and opportunities that teachers and students face when implementing CLIL as a teaching and learning approach, with particular attention to the development of English writing skills. The study is framed within a rigorous methodology that integrates both qualitative and quantitative data, exposing the real complexities of this educational experience: from the lack of specialized teacher training, to the need for more effective and engaging teaching resources, as well as insufficient feedback and student motivation that often falls short for young learners.
