Reseña

This book presents a uniform and comprehensive study derived from
the research developed jointly by national and foreign professors at the
PUCE’s Faculty of Law, the GIDE Research Group and researchers from
the Meythaler & Zambrano Law Firm, during the period 2018-2019. Its
elaboration required a high level of coordination and this is reflected in
its logical sequentiality. Therefore, this academic effort constitutes an
original contribution, which, in a unified, versatile and learned way,
reflects the state of the art achieved by contemporary Legal Science.
